Our one-on-one coaching program is directed by Norma’s personal coach, Jamal Talib. A skilled coach for 14 years, Jamal helps clients define their goals, recognize their opportunities and stay the course. His coaching sessions target one or more of the authenticity dimensions to help you raise your authenticity level by gaining clarity, defining goals, identifying next steps, increasing self-confidence, and staying on track. Most sessions are conducted over the telephone for 30 minutes. (The first session is 45-minutes.)
